Registration Process

RETURNING PLAYERS

Log into the SCCSA website using your email address and password from last season's registration. If you have forgotten it, you can request a new one online.

NEW PLAYERS

Take a moment to create an account on the SCCSA website. Once you have created the account, you will have access to register one or multiple players for the new season.

Please ensure you indicate or update your preference for the age group and a friend when re-signing. The SCCSA registration page automatically assigns players and fees based on birth years. Sometimes, players have the option of playing in different age groups and therefore the fees will be adjusted accordingly.

New in 2025

U7, U8 and U10 Girls Divisions and U12/13 Competitive Division.

Please note:

  • While we would like to offer you your first-team choice, teams will ultimately be determined on the date of registration, numbers, coaches, and helpers

  • SCCSA have capped teams for each age group, so please register early

  • For the current season, team ages shall be determined by player birth age between 1st July of the preceding year to 31st December of the current year. More than 50% of the team must be from the current year. A player must be 5 years of age in that year before they can participate.

  • All teams will need a coach and manager to start

  • All families will be expected to help out during the season in the canteen and on set-up/pack-up duties for a minimum of 2 hours

  • All players, coaches, managers, spectators and committee members are expected to abide by SCCSA's Code of Behaviour

Payments

Registration payments can be made:

  • online via the SCCSA registration page via eway or

  • via the PFC Square invoice;

  • online via our PFC website shop

Note: If paying via eway, SCCSA's registration portal only has the capacity to determine fees based on a player's birth year. We will look at the age division the player will play in and invoice or refund the difference via a square invoice.

All registrations must be fully paid prior to the commencement of team training and matches. If you are having difficulty paying the fees, please make contact with Pacific FC to arrange a payment plan or apply for a Fair Play Voucher.
